How to Remove Wrinkles

Most people nowadays have wrinkles right from the age of 15 and above. This is a reality which we all have to face at some point, no matter how old you are. Though there are many reasons for the cause of wrinkles in early ages like

• smoking,
• Heredity,
• Pollution,
• Lack of sleep,
• Stress and
• dehydration and poor skin care.

The main factor that is been strongly agreed by everyone is the sun exposure. When a person is exposed to excessive sun's ultraviolet (UV) rays without proper protection, causes the dry skin and wrinkles on his/her face, hands, and arms. However the fact is that each person will have a certain amount of collagen and elastin in their body. These proteins will keep the skin tight, firm and wrinkle-free. At some point, the body will lower the production of these proteins and that is how the person gets wrinkles.

Whatever the cause may be, people look forward only for the solutions, to get rid of the wrinkles. There are many anti wrinkle creams and cosmetics are available nowadays for wrinkle treatment. Some products are indeed effective to reduce wrinkles, but unfortunately some are not. Simply applying such creams to the skin by believing everything they see in commercials would be completely useless. A good option for the people who would like to use creams to prevent their skin from wrinkles is to consult a qualified cosmetic dermatologist who has the knowledge and experience necessary to effectively treat sun spots and other forms of sun damage.

There are also a variety of laser and light techniques available to treat sun-damaged skin. This technique is particularly effective for treating pigmentation problems and capillary damage. But undergoing such treatments is risky.

Always go for natural products in the market for the quest for treatments related to wrinkles. Some of the natural and easy treatment methods are as follows.

• Applying egg on the wrinkled areas and wait till it dries and then wash it away with cold water. They act as moisturizers to help preventing dryness.
• Drinking plenty of water per day.
• Applying castor oil or coconut oil to the wrinkled areas everyday.
• Aloe Vera gel to moisten the skin and tighten the pores.
• Juices of Pineapple or apple will also help in reducing the wrinkles.
• Antioxidants like green tea and ginger appear to have properties that may provide some protection against Skin cancer.

Scientific studies will be needed to learn if they are actually beneficial. Aloe Vera, lemon oil, and coral extracts contain antioxidants and are promoted as being healthy for the skin.
These are some of home remedies which are really simple and with no side effects to control wrinkles to an extend.
